Annette`s third album is mainly inspired by her childhood in the small fish town Maaloy, on the west coast of Norway. She always dreamed about the day she could travel the world and realize herself. She wanted to go to California and become a singer or an actress, so she could be famous and hang out with the stars. She was a shy girl with big dreams.
The sound of her songs is inspired by music from the late seventies and eighties, where artists such as Michael Jackson, David Bowie and Kate Bush made a huge impression on her.
